After moving from house to house, my habit of deciding what objects to keep and what to leave behind is based on its utility. My temptation to organize and order everything comes from this necessity for control. In my mind, somehow a clean room with no accessories seems ideal. Yet, this evaluation method ignores the sentimental value of objects that contain memories and a sense of home. I gradually lose control in trying to iron and fit the feathers in this metal box.
