Alice Bian is an undergraduate at Rice University. She is double majoring in Studio Arts and Architecture. She enjoys video, ceramics, and installation as well as issues regarding domesticity and typology. At IAA, she explored the idea of home and family relationships. She creates spaces that capture the emotion of a personal moment for the audience to experience. In her current practice, Alice is thinking about the idea of comfort and familiarity through garments and objects.
